Thanks for hanging in there while we took a vacation then enjoyed the chaos summer wind down!  We enjoyed a great trip in Pennsylvania for the Hubs graduation!  Then enjoyed a bunch of birthday parties, baby showers, soccer practices and banner making, plus other family events!  Boy are we glad to be back to our regularly scheduled routine and so is this blog; without further ado our menu for the week:

Monday: 
Breakfast:  Omelettes, Sausage, Mandarin Oranges
Lunch: Pasta with Tomato Sauce, Salad
Dinner: Leftover Carne and Pollo Asada Tacos, Rice, Beans, Corn

Tuesday:
Breakfast:  English Muffins, Nectarines, Peanut Butter
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Grapes, Goldfish Crackers
Dinner: Beef Stir Fry w/veggies, Fried Rice

Wednesday:
Breakfast:  French Toast, Strawberries
Lunch: Quesadillas, Corn, Black Beans
Dinner: Grilled Chicken w/Lemon Basil Pasta, Salad

Thursday:
Breakfast:  Oatmeal, Blueberries, Yogurt
Lunch: Deli Turkey, Cheese, Crackers, Carrots, Grapes
Dinner: Breakfast Burritos, Nectarines

Friday:
Breakfast:  Syrup Pancakes, Egg, Plums
Lunch: Mac N Cheese & Hot Dogs, Peas
Dinner: Hawaiian Kabobs, White Rice


Saturday: 
Breakfast:  Chocolate Chip Pancakes, Grapes, Bacon
Lunch:  Hot Dogs, Chips, Strawberries
Dinner: Japanese Curry or Asian Steak & Eggs (fingers crossed on this one)

Sunday:
Breakfast:  Cereal and Strawberries
Lunch: Mexican Food @ Church for a Fundraiser!
Dinner: Steak & Tilapia, Baked Potatoes, Grilled Zucchini

Baking:
Boxed Brownies
